Privacy and limits

Privacy you can understand.

LibreGuard does not log or store user IP addresses, DNS requests, browser history, or browser traffic contents. To operate the service, we store a minimal amount of personal data: email (if provided), billing information, and total data used.

  • Free plan: 1 active device and 5 GB/month by default.
  • Pro plan: up to 3 active devices.
  • Unique device identifiers are stored in hashed form for device-limit enforcement.
  • We only store a total amount of data used across all VPN servers. Aggregate byte totals are stored for plan usage tracking purposes.
  • Private DNS over tunnel is supported on all servers, making the connection more secure and private. DNS requests are not logged or stored anywhere.
  • Privacy details are available before signup, and account deletion is available anytime.
