Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use LibreGuard VPN, what is expected from account holders, and how plan limits and purchase channels work. Have legal counsel review this page before relying on it as a final contract.
1. Lawful and responsible use
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting login credentials, recovery codes, and configuration files.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
Some features are available on the Free plan and others require Pro. Plan features, data limits, device limits, locations, protocols, and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change as the service evolves.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not damage, disrupt, probe, or abuse the service.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
- Do not bypass account, usage, device, certificate, or billing controls.
- Do not share credentials or private configuration material in support requests.
4. Billing and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on where the subscription was purchased. Review the Refund Policy before purchase.
5. Service limitations and changes
A VPN does not guarantee access to every destination, a fixed speed, or uninterrupted availability. We may update features, locations, pricing, or this site. We aim to keep public product facts current and to identify important policy changes.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Policy and Transparency page describe the information the service processes and the boundaries of public claims.
7. Contact
